LIMP 2021

There is currently no English-speaking event planned.

Alternatively, check out the German-speaking lab if that is an option for you … or get in touch if you are interested in organizing and hosting a Lab of Im_possibilities in English or another language.

If you’d like some impressions of the subjects discussed in 2020, check out our framepad or the are.na LIMP 2020 channel.

25th – 30th of May 2021, Dangio, Switzerland (CANCELED)

Due to the ongoing pandemic and the high and still rising cases in Switzerland, we decided to cancel LIMP 2021.

The second annual Lab of Im_possibilities (LIMP) at Cima Citta invites participants to disconnect from and reflect on their collective realities and possible futures.

The Lab of Im_possibilities is a self organized, open-ended, transdisciplinary space. It spawns an abundance of formats, group discussions & thematic constellations that are established, demolished, reinvented or expanded on a day to day basis.

Dates: Tuesday 25.05.2021 – Sunday 30.05.2021 (cancelled)

Where: LIMP will take place at Cima Norma, a repurposed old chocolate factory in the Italian speaking part of the Swiss alps.

Cost: The cost of participation is 225 CHF (215 EUR) for people with a regular income. It covers board and lodging. Thanks to the support of Cima Citta, the association behind the cultural curation of Cima Norma, we can offer free lodging for people with lower incomes and for those who have high travel costs to get to this remote part of Switzerland. This reduces the participation fee to 50 CHF (~46 EUR). If you have a high income, you are encouraged to pay more.

Travel: Cima Norma is a 2.5h train ride away from Zurich. You’re responsible to book your own travel, but we’re happy to help out. Get in touch if you are coming from further away and need a place to stay the Sunday before or the day after the Lab, we’ll find free accommodation for you in Zurich. We will also organize carpooling and suggest best connections for trains. In any case, get in touch if you are unsure about how to get there – we’ll provide more info and tips in due time.
